ASAP offers our clients a professional service, which includes: ◊ Advertising the property (Newspapers, Web-page, flyers, road-shows etc) ◊ Placing a suitable tenant ◊ Ensuring the tenant is creditworthy (ITC and TPN checks) ◊ Taking tenants to view the property ◊ Providing the lease and co-coordinating the signing thereof ◊ Inspecting the Property regularly ◊ Efficient collection of rental monies ◊ Statement to the Landlord ◊ Deposit rental into the Landlord’s account ◊ Maintenance of property (upon Landlord’s instruction) ◊ Managing property for Landlords or Once off placing of suitable tenants ◊ Managing monthly commission fee 8% (neg) ◊ Once off placing fee 60% of first month Rental payment
